Choline for Neurotransmission

Have you been struggling with brain fog, memory and learning problems, or word recall? Your body uses choline as part of acetylcholine to trigger your nerve to fire thereby sending a signal to your brain to create a memory. When this is not a seamless process brain fog, difficulty with words, and other cognitive issues can occur.

Choline or Citicoline (CDP-choline) is a nootropic sodium salt. It participates in synthesis of phosphatidylcholine. Choline enhances the amount of acetylcholine available for the nerve cell. Acetylcholine is the key component to nerves ability to fire a signal. This improves memory, focus/concentration, and brain fog issues.

This is currently being used to treat strokes, head trauma, and other neurological disorders in Europe and Japan. It has been shown to help nerve membrane repair and regeneration after stroke.
